Luxury residence located in a sought-after area sheltered from the prevailing winds on Place de l'Europe and in the immediate vicinity of the Océabul nautical center (swimming pool, etc.), the cycle path and the forest.
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the apartment is composed of: a large living room of 20m² with bay window, a balcony of 7m² with sea view, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a large bathroom and a toilet.

If like us you are limited with mobility and have age related aches and pains, this property is ideal.
It’s on the first floor with a lift right outside the apartment door and easy parking in front of building.
Facing south the balcony gives you views of the sunrising in the morning and the stars in the cool of the evening. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk just across the road.
The only downside for us was that the apartment has no internet connection. It’s not a major problem really accept that our lives do seem to revolve it nowadays.
The nearest connection we found was the free one coming from the tourist office opposite the big wheel. This is between a level 5-15 minute walk depending on your ability.
Other than that we highly recommend this clean and comfortable apartment and it’s location.
