The apartment, on the third floor and with an area of 51M2 is very well located near the swimming pool and between sea and forest. The area is close to shopping streets, restaurants and the casino, without being too hectic. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (4 fixed places) in good comfort and has all the amenities for a good holiday. If you like alternating beach and bike rides or jogging, the forest side gives you access to tens of kilometers of varied paths. The cellar is reserved for you to place your bikes without the risk of theft. The apartment was redone in 2016, in light colors to maintain the brightness of the seaside, and the equipment of the bedrooms, kitchen, living room is of high quality. Your children will appreciate the second TV located in their bedroom for a break. The kitchen is fully integrated and equipped.

Appartement propre , très bien équipé, vue imprenable sur l'océan . Assez éloigné du centre pour être au calme sans être loin de tout . Parking à l'arrière toujours disponible.

Très bel appartement, propre, lumineux, balcon très agréable face à la mer, bonne literie. Nuit calme, (chambres situées à l'arrière).
Très bien équipé.
Propriétaire cordial, sympathique et disponible pour toutes informations.
Très bon accueil de la personne qui nous remet les clés et très ponctuelle.
