Appartement spacieux , très bien situé face à la mer au 3ème étage. Beau balcon avec très belle vue . Claudine , la propriétaire , est une femme charmante et disponible.

L’appartement est très bien situé, vue sur mer, proximités des commerces... Par contre, la propreté est à revoir, le mobilier vétuste et manque de vaisselle. Les murs auraient besoin d’un bon coup de peinture .
