La proximité des commerces et de la mer. L’espace extérieur et le stationnement privé. Le logement bien décoré.
Un éclairage extérieur serait un plus pour dîner. Une information pour les futurs locataires: les lundis et jeudis il y a le marché dans toute la rue et il est impossible de sortir le véhicule du parking de la Résidence entre 8h à 15h.

L’appartement est bien situé. Le stationnement autour du logement est gratuit.
Il manque un grand miroir dans l’appartement. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas mentionné dans l’annonce que le ménage est en supplément à régler sur place.
