The apartment was spacious, very clean and well located, with the beach and local amenities within easy walking distance. The parking behind the property was useful, and the apartment was well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment. Laure and Romain were friendly and responsive, particularly when we had a plumbing problem during our stay.
The master bedroom has no external window which I was not aware of - there is a fan so we didn’t get too hot however. The twice weekly market on the road outside is interesting but a bit disruptive as you cannot access the car park 6am - 3pm. The apartment was quite minimally supplied for a nine-night stay, with only one toilet roll, one dishwasher tablet, one tea towel and no spare bin bags, so it is worth arriving prepared to buy household basics.

Magnifique appartement, propre, bien décoré, pas loin des commerces et de la mer, avec un beau balcon. Propriétaires très réactifs et agréables (merci pour votre gentillesse). Séjour très agréable à Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

C’est propre, sain et l’accès est très bien expliqué. On s’y sent bien et de plus le service est au top (dispo même par sms pour toute question). Je recommande très fortement
