Sous les Etoiles - dans le plus haut gratte-ciel avec parking en sus

From outset, comms with Philippe were excellent and the video he provided to explain accessing the property was really helpful. The apartment is on the 19th floor and offers a super view over the riverside, especially as the lounge and bedroom windows are large and can be opened very wide. At night, it was terrific to have the windows open and look at the lights and hear the buzz of the city. The property was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We never heard any noise from other residents and always felt very secure. The centre of Rouen, with bars, restaurants and the Cathedral are only a short walk away. In short - what's not ro like? We had a great time.

Fabulous views from 19th floor, secure high rise, small but perfectly formed. Car park opposite, very convenient and secure, paid for separately, but there were issues with the entrance and exit, but this was quickly resolved. Easy to get into the centre of Rouen by foot, an exceptional town to visit.

Nothing, the temperature, beyond their control, was off the scale for May but a cooling device was provided.

Posizione fantastica a poca distanza dal centro di Rouen e con diversi mezzi di superficie a disposizione nelle vicinanze. Il parcheggio, non economicissimo, però è estremamente pratico.

L'appartamento è un po' spartano e il ricambio d'aria non è ottimale.
