Obiekt Nowa Flotylla nie zapewnia śniadań.
Nowa Flotylla ma ciekawą lokalizację, z balkonu bardzo dobry widok na port promowy W ładną pogodę przyjemnie jest oglądać go z balkonu. Poza tym jest to idealne miejsce na wycieczki statkiem.
Mieszkanie jest przestronne, dobrze wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy do mieszkania łącznie z kuchnią.
Do tego parking bezpłatny, zamykany, miejsca parkingowe przypisane do każdego mieszkania.
Wszystko mi się podobało.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Sina. Schöner Balkon.Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung.
Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war für zwei Personen sehr schmal.

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man ist auf die Hinweise von Gästen eingegangen und hat einen Beistelltisch und Weingläser bereitgestellt. 👍🏻 Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Es ist toll, bei schönem Wetter vom Balkon aus die Schiffe zu beobachten.
Zwei kleine Hinweise: es fehlt ein Korkenzieher für den Abwasch ein Verschluss für den Ablauf. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.

The apartment and facilities and location are very nice. No complains on these points
The customer service or staff is very unfriendly and/or unprofessional. Here are the cases:
- my towel had an orange stain on it. I asked them can you replace it. They replied me we promise you we washed it! (I am attaching the picture).
- we, 2 adults, stayed there for 4 nights. They wrote in description that there is shower gel. It is true, there was shower gel but only a very small one and it finished in first day. I asked them can I have another one and they told me you can buy from supermarket.
- in description, it is written the parking is free but they messaged me and asked me for 20 pln per night. After sending the screenshot, they said yes, we made a mistake.
- the checkout is 10. I asked late checkout at 11:30 because of my meeting. They immediately said no but they offered me to book another night with 5% discount. Of course they are not obligated to accept late checkout but if it is available and I need only 90 mins more …
