Obiekt jest położony w pobliżu przeprawy promowej, Parku Zdrojowego, Lidla, Biedronki. Do centrum Świnoujścia i na plażę idzie się z obiektu po około 10 minut. W lokalu było bardzo czysto, podstawowe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego z powodzeniem wystarczy do sporządzenia śniadania lub kolacji. Gospodarze obiektu są sympatyczni, konkretni. Są zajęci swoimi sprawami, ale można się do nich zgłosić jeżeli jest taka potrzeba. Położony w przyziemiu budynku apartament: pokój z sypialnią, łazienka, aneks kuchenny oferuje przyjemny chłodek w lecie. Oczywiście jak większość położonych w przyziemiu pomieszczeń wymaga zapalenia światła żeby rozświetlić pomieszczenie. Zainstalowane plafoniery mają barwę światła dzienną co świetnie współgra ze światłem wpadającym z dworu. Wyjechaliśmy bardzo zadowoleni; kwatera, pogoda i oferta miasta dla turystów były super.
