Modern, clean, well equipped apartment with all necessary facilities.

This is very big apartment complex with entrances from two streets and in beginning this create some problems with understanding location. But help is going immediately - don't be shy about asking - it will save your time. And non-essential warning - bedroom is small.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Good location, good communication with the host. Email updates. Apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable.

The one and only criticism was that even tho we booked for 2 adults and 2 children only 2 pillows and 2 duvets were ready. We were travelling from far, we were tired and on the top of all of that we had to then look in the apartment for extra duvets and pillows and made the beds ourselves.

Great apartment for a couple or a solo traveler

Good access to the apartment, no need to use stairs. Clean. Quiet. Small grocery store in the same apartment block.

We booked for two people but there was only sleeping available for one person unless you're happy to share a double bed. Sofa bed was totally broken when we arrived. It was partially repaired on the second day but kept splitting into two during the night - as has been reported in numerous reviews since late 2021 - leaving 50 cm wide sofa to sleep on. Toilet paper lasted two day, our booking was for four. There are two towel hooks in the bathroom. No place to put anything other than on the small washing machine. Second TV (in the bedroom) didn't work. Could not close the bedroom door because it was automatically sliding to the open position.

The apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Everything seems close by. Huge park, supermarket, ferry terminal, city center, promenade and the Baltic Sea are within walking distance. You’ll get to all those places in less then 15 minutes walking. Apartment is equipped with everything one may need. It’s comfortable and spotlessly clean. There’s a private parking space - it’s secure and most importantly free of charge. The value for money was more than great. We were looking for a cheap yet convenient stay and this property has surpassed our expectations. We couldn’t find a better place to stay in Świnoujście.

Apartament fajny, stosunek ceny do wielkości ok. Ręczniki na plus, czysto, ciepło, wizyta zimą, spokój, cisza, miejsce parkingowe w cenie - super bo w tej okolicy raczej wszystkie parkingi płatne. Mały apartament, ale na krótki wypad poza sezonem ok dla 3 osob. Sprawy formalne załatwione SMS - ok. Polecam

Co by się przydało suszarka do włosów, wyregulowanie mebli drzwiczek niby nic a jednak nie wygląda to fajnie, no i pokrowiec na łóżko w pierwszym pokoju prosi się o pranie "plamy" - może nie dało się ich doprać trudno stwierdzić.

Wir waren das letztemal da

Die Lage weil es ist zentral gelegen.

Wir sind nun schon einige male dort gewesen. In den letzten 2 Jahren 3 mal. In dieser Zeit wurden kaputte Möbel nie ausgewechselt. Fernbedienung zur Tiefgarage immer kaputt. Deswegen Kontakt zum Vermieter aufgenommen und Situation geschildert und man wurde als dumm hingestellt das man die Fernbedienung nicht richtig benutzt. Wir waren eigentlich immer auf das security angewiesen das sie uns rein und raus lassen. Wenn Sie da waren. Ich bin kein Tierhasser aber wenn jemand vorher mit einem Tier anreisst kann man wenigstens die Couch usw mal reinigen. Im ganzen müsste das Inventar komplett erneuert werden.

Tragedia jeśli chodzi o parking podziemny wieczny problem z wjazdem i wyjazdem z parkingu. Pilot nie działa. Trzeba było korzystać z życzliwości mieszkańców. Zarządca miał to w nosie. Niby komfort parking podziemny z drugiej strony strach czy wjeździemy z powrotem. Pokój brudny. Meble zniszczone.

Innenhof, mit Tiefgarage und der Möglichkeit Auto und Fahrräder dort abzustellen und unkompliziert mit den Fahrrädern rein und raus zu kommen.

Prozedere: Abfahrt-Schranke hatte mit der Fernbedienung bei uns und anderen Gästen nicht geklappt. Aber die Eingangswache war anscheinend Tag und Nacht besetzt, sprich Hilfe nicht weit entfernt.

Brak Wifi. Od początku pobytu była awaria sieci i pomimo zgłoszenia i zapewnień usunięcia usterki brak reakcji. W czasach platform streamingowych słabo... Ponadto uszkodzony stolik, krawędzie ścian, futryny, czy panele.

Die Lage war Zentral , die Garage war super gesichert.

der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, es kam immer die Meldung kein Signal. Habe 2 mal per Mail auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen und um Hilfe gebeten. Es kam aber weder Hilfe, noch hat sich jemand bei mir gemeldet. Das finde ich absolut gar nicht in Ordnung !!!

Allora è stat una esperienza davvero orribile, oltre che abbiamo aspettato per ricevere il codice per entrare fino le 15:30. In domani il titolare del appartamento e stat così arrogante di andare a minacciare una donna con due bambini solo per che hanno chiamato che il appartamento era sporco . E che non era quello che abbiamo prenotato. E più ha chiesto 79€ di tasse che non c'era scritto da nessuna parte e ha minacciato e ha offesa davanti a figli. E al bambino più grande gli ha fatto il gesto che ti taglio la testa . Lui e fortunato che in Polonia se era in Germania sarebbe stato un altro discorso.

Ankomst 07.00 torsdag bekräftat ok Nyckel box finns utanför lägenheten. Men hur kommer vi dit när ytterdörren till huset är låst. Skickar meddelanden till värden direkt och via Booking.com. Inga svar. Ringer kontaktnumret...möts av besked, på polska, som jag tolkar som att numret inte är i bruk/saknar abonnent. Väntar utanför dörren 45 minuter då en man går ut och jag kan smita in. Hämtar min nyckelknippa med 6 nycklar och en fjärrkontroll och testar dem tills jag hittar den rätta och kommer in i lägenheten. Idag, lycklig över att vara hemma, vet jag fortfarande inte vart några av dem går. Kör till garaget och försöker komma in. Omöjligt! Parkerar på en förbjuden plats på gatan och bär in vårt bagage. Försöker återigen öppna garaget då en vänlig dam (anställd av huset?) kommer och visar oss hur man öppnar och stänger inifrån...! Fjärrkontrollen fungerar fortfarande inte. Parkerar bilen ca 09.30. Efter några timmar vill vi köra ut, men vet inte hur vi kommer in i garaget. Träffar en vänlig man (boende tysk) som visar möjligheten att gå via nästa ytterdörr nedför en trappa och via två dörrar in till vår bil. Från detta trapphus (inte vårt eget)! För att parkera två timmar senare krävs hjälp av den anställda damen. Nästa gång vi vill ha vår bil går jag över till "rätt" trapphus redan på vår våning nr 3. Där är hissen (naturligtvis) trasig. Vår nyckel till ytterdörren fungerar ibland men oftast kommer någon som hjälper oss in efter några minuter. Även nyckeln till garagedörren är så sliten att jag några gånger, efter 5 minuters kamp, gav upp försöket att komma åt min egen bil. Använde tvättmaskinen i lägenheten...när vi kom tillbaka (och lyckats ta oss in) stod den mitt i badrummet och hela golvet var täckt med smuts. Hela situationen känns oerhört osäker... vågar vi köra ut en kväll? Tänk om vi inte kommer in i garaget... eller inte in till lägenheten...?

Es war sauber, die Waschmaschine hat funktioniert.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist nicht gemütlich eingerichtet, und wenn man Fenster zur Straße hinaus hat, ist es sehr laut. Bei der Auswahl der Unterkunftart war es nicht ersichtlich, dass man keinen Esstisch bekommt. Die Küchenutensilien sind sehr dürftig und teilweise kaputt.

Alles in allem gute Wohnung

Die Lage ist top. Die Unterkunft ist funktional und gut ausgestattet. Zutritt zur Wohnung alles reibungslos. Für die Tage völlig ausreichend.

In einer der Wohnungen war das versprochene W-LAN nicht vorhanden. In der heutigen Zeit ist das schlecht. Der Zugang zum Parkhaus war für die eine Wohnung nur über Umwege möglich und auf eine Meldung wurde gar nicht reagiert.

Schönes Appartment für Pärchen, nicht für 4 Personen geeignet. Nur oberflächlich sauber.

Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung, schön Zeitlos eingerichtet.

Leider waren die Betten nicht bezogen, der Schmutzschutz der Matratze war voll mit Krümeln, die Steppbetten viel zu klein für die Bezüge. Im Badezimmer roch der Abfluss der Dusche sehr unschön, nach 10 Minuten Wasser und Spüli laufen lassen ging es. Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen die Utensilien zum kochen, zudem waren es zu wenig Teller/Tassen, von denen auch welche deutlich kaputt waren. Zudem löst sich der Wasserkocher auch auf. Die Familiensuite ist eher geeignet für Pärchen und nicht für 4 Personen. Der Wohnzimmertisch, welcher sich ausklappen ließ, war ebenso voll mit vielen vielen Krümeln. Den TV im Wohnzimmer konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da der sich absolut nicht mit dem Internet verbinden ließ, was ein Besuch mit schlechtem Wetter Langeweile aufkommen lässt. Nach 2 Stunden in der Wohnung waren meine Puschen SCHWARZ. Also wollte ich kurzerhand wischen, der Feudel war allerdings dreckig getrocknet! Ein dreckiger, unausgewaschener Feudel! Wenn ein bisschen mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet worden wäre, wäre es schön gewesen.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche!

Die Betten waren bei der Ankunft nicht bezogen! Die Bettwäsche lag auf dem Bett zum Selbstbeziehen. Die Bettwäsche hat nicht angenehm gerochen! Die Gläser in der Küche waren extrem dreckig und nicht benutzbar!!!!!!! Der Kühlschrank in der Küchenzeile ist nicht festverschraubt und ist einem beim Öffnen der Kühlschranktür entgegen gekommen! Die Herdplatten sahen unansehnlich und versifft aus! Fehlende Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnbereich, wie Tisch und Stühle(waren auf den Fotos zusehen). Die Armatur der Spüle wies Kalkflecken auf! Keine Steckdosen und fehlende Nachttischlampen im Schlafbereich Beim Betreten der Wohnung übler abgestandener Mief! Hätte man vielleicht mal vorher Lüften können.

Die Lage war optimal

Wir konnten die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen obwohl man sie bezahlt hat. Uns wurde unterstellt das wir die Fernbedienung nicht richtig benutzt haben für die Tiefgarage. Der Tisch müsste erneuert werden, wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal da. Auch die Kochplatte müsste erneuert werden. Alles halt etwas in den Jahren gekommen.

Parkleitsystem eine Katastrophe. Sehr kompliziert und umständlich. Zimmer laut ,Rollos nicht zum Abdunkeln,drum sehr hell. Nicht sauber und Ausstattung sehr sporadisch. Kein Wlan(Zimmer 21), im nächsten Korridor hätten wir WLAN gehabt.

Die Lage des Zimmers und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Bewohner,ohne deren Hilfe wir nicht ins Zimmer gekommen währen

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mangelhaft ,das zu enge Schlafzimmer,für ältere Personen eine Zumutung ins Bett zu kommen. Die Gardinen und Vorhänge vor den Fenstern waren teilweise nicht befestigt.
