Location and the friendly vibe of the place is very good and the town is great.
Location, Overall feel of the quiet side street and of the house itself.
The apartment looks nice but has a few serious flaws. The stairs to the upstairs sleeping area are very steep and so only the fit, healthy and brave should rent the room. For us this aspect was ok though. The biggest issue for us was that the upstairs sleeping area has windows that can not be opened. And as the windows downstairs do not have mosquito nets (whilst Swinousce has lots of mosquitos right now) it was frustrating to decide between not sleeping due to heat or due to mosquitos. Finally the promised WiFi did not work and the telephone coverage at this location is very poor so it's fine for people who do not need IT, sadly that was not us.

Znakomita lokalizacja na spokojny urlop w Świnoujściu
Znakomite położenie obiektu. 5 minut od promu, w cichej dzielnicy, tuż przy parku Zdrojowym, spacerem 15 minut do morza. Wygodna kuchnia, dobrze wyposażona w niezbędne rzeczy, taras, blisko Lidl i Biedronka. Bardzo miła właścicielka, kontaktowa, można zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu 🙂
Niestety mam obiekcje co do czystości. Podłoga była niestarannie omieciona (widać było gdzie sięgnął odkurzacz, a gdzie już nie. Musiałam sama odkurzyć, ponieważ nie czułam się z tym komfortowo. Mieliśmy pokój z antresolą. Na dole kanapka (mała), na górze podwójne łóżko. Chciałam spać na dole (byłam z synem), ale pościel na dole nie pachniała świeżo. Nosiła zapachy potu i różnych kosmetyków, jakby nie była zmieniona po poprzednich gościach. Zgłosiłam tą uwagę właścicielce, wyjaśniła, że to niemożliwe, ale nie mogłam się przemóc. Kanapka na dole zbyt mała by mogły wieczorem usiąść wygodnie na niej dwie osoby. Przydałaby się klimatyzacja, ponieważ latem w apartamencie jest jak w saunie, a na antresoli tym bardziej. Dość wysoka cena, ale ceny na polskim morzem są wyśrubowane wszędzie.

Tolle Wohnung fussläufig zum Strand.
Moderne Wohnung wie beschrieben. Strandnah, kostenfreier Parkplatz. Netter Kontakt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive.
Leider waren auf der Küchenzeile viele Ameisen. Zum Glück waren wir nur zu zweit, das Dreibettzimmer wäre zu klein für drei.
