Nice apartment but some things were lacking
This was a nice apartment with a beautiful garden in a nice new building in a good location.
The owners of the units do absolutely nothing to make the guest feel welcome. The futon bed is a cheap uncomfortable excuse for a sofa bed. And given that there's enough room in the apartment for a bed and a sofa if placed efficiently, you have to wonder why they cut corners. Another example is the two drops of soap in the bathroom soap dispenser. No shampoo. A tiny sliver of bath soap. A couple of drops of dish detergent in the kitchen. No paper towels in the kitchen, no spray cleaners, and no kitchen counter wipes. I like to keep my place clean but they don't give you the supplies to do it. It just makes no sense. This is a nice apartment. I would have rated it a 10 if the owners had shown any evidence of making the guest feel welcome. But I cut them two points because of the way they did everything to save a few pennies at the expense of the comfort of the guest.

The place is quite comfortable, clean and very well located. It's walking distance to the promenade and there's a park nearby. The apartment is a good space for a couple and the sofa can be turned into a bed too.
It was very loud. There is construction work nearby (which I already knew about) and also the walls are too thin. We could hear everything that the neighbours were doing, and they were partying until 4 or 5 am or so, it was not a quiet at all.
