1. Brak zasłon lub rolet na oknach w części z aneksem kuchennym - brak intymności po zmroku, rano światło słoneczne bardzo razi gdy chce się zjeść śniadanie przy stole 2. Zbyt stary telewizor - brak możliwości zainstalowania aplikacji np. Youtube, Netflix itp. 3. Zbyt mały telewizor - odległość między telewizorem a sofą jest za duża na tak małą przekątną ekranu, telewizor powinien być większy, żeby komfortowo oglądać telewizję siedząc na sofie. 4. Brak skrzynki z kodem na klucze do apartamentu na drzwiach do apartamentu - po klucze trzeba iść do biura firmy wynajmującej apartament, na szczęście istnieje możliwość by pracownik odebrał klucze po skończonym wynajmie. Wolałbym jednak aby klucze można było odebrać i zostawić w skrzynce z kodem na drzwiach apartamentu
