The stay could have been any better.

It was a lovely layout of the property, well looked after and I couldn’t have been happier with the reception and all the condiments that was left for us. The towels, tooth brushes. Bread ect. It was lovely. I would definitely be staying there again

Very comfortable.

It is just around the corner from my daughter. She is a junior doctor living 5 hours from home and we get very limited time together due to her long shifts. So having somewhere to celebrate Christmas and relax together just across from her shared accommodation was amazing.

Would definitely use again. Shame I wasn't staying longer.

(I used the property as a single for one night whilst walking Offa's Dyke Path). Clear instructions were given by the host prior to the date, including key access code. Private parking area is large and secure. The apartment is very roomy with a kitchenette, lounge area and large bedroom - more like a small cottage than an apartment! Nice roll-top bath. Lots of wardrobe space. There were many nice decorative touches, plentiful supplies of toiletries, and a fresh loaf of bread, butter and milk provided. Wifi was good. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep (although you can hear traffic on the adjacent main road through the town). A Co-op was an easy, convenient 5 minute walk away, and there are plenty of options for a drink/meal in Denbigh.

If you are a shower lover, be advised there is no separate shower cubicle, just a handheld shower head over an open bath. (To the host: the bath water drains VERY slowly - may need a de-blocking dose of something).

Incredible host, added extras to the stay to make special and really comfortable accommodation

The hostess was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Location is right next to public walkway which got incredibly loud and busy late on a Saturday evening/early hours Sunday.

It’s a shame about the negatives I listed, as the apartment has great potential.

Really nice and tastefully decorated apartment. We were both impressed with the look and feel as we entered & made ourselves comfortable. Lots of little touches like bread, butter and coffee. We also liked the thoughtful bathroom amenities. It’s in a lovely central location which was ideal for us. The host knocked on the door and advised us about the correct carpark to use, which was free.

I hate to do this as I think this is a new listing.. but for feedback: • This apartment is attached to the owners house which isn’t listed. It wouldn’t be a problem if stated, and wouldn’t have put us off. However, there is an adjoining door between the properties. • The host opened the adjoining door to welcome us, while I was collecting our cases from the car, which was a surprise as we assumed it was a cleaning room or something on first glance. • The host has dogs, which barked at the adjoining door if we happened to drop a hairbrush or something, or if people passed by outside, which was quite annoying. • The dogs barked up until fairly late & early on in the morning. • We we’re awoken at around 8.45am each morning by builders outside of the bedroom window, using door planers and drills ect. We had attended a family birthday party so it was quite an unwelcome wake up call. • The wifi was slow.. it appeared to have an extension disc of the hots wifi. I had to make a work video call but was unable to do so. it is what it is but thought it was worth mentioning. These things are a shame really as it has potential to be a fantastic let.

Thank you so much. Our stay was lovely. Just down the road from the family party my sister and I attended. Lots of really nice touches and the bottle of Prosecco was very much needed after our 5 hour drive. Very comfortable stay.

Classy large rooms , near town centre , with lots of free treats.

We really enjoyed our stay, the space was very large with a full kitchen / lounge and separate bedroom, bathroom with roll top bath. Very classy interior design and lots of very nice touches, candles , flowers, tea, coffee, bread butter cereals and a bottle of wine. Easy access through key code. Was very near the town centre.

Not much , maybe tv would be better suited in the lounge not the bedroom, but minor to us.
