Susan was very helpful welcoming me. The place was very clean which is absolute no 1 priority for me. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around, lay yoga mats etc. There were ample clean towels and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and wash up. There was even a large space just for clothes storage and ironing. Plenty of radiators and good windows, It was free of clutter.
I didn't check the map before I booked , I wouldn't usually go for accommodation so close to a road but access to other destinations was a plus. There was a bit of a drains type smell which was strongest in the bathroom.

The size of all the rooms were excellent. It was very comfortable and homely.

I liked the layout and the apartment was comfortable and clean.
The motorway traffice noisy until late at night and early morning situated under/ next to viaduct. There was no human contact, no meet and greet. Rang numbers given left messages, no one rang me back. Round the back of building full of rubbish, old conctete mixer, weeds. Tatty. Outside rendering badly peeling off., needs fixing.
