The size of all the rooms were excellent. It was very comfortable and homely.
Unfortunately very noisy from street traffic when the windows are open

Very clean and comfortable. Clear directions for key collection on arrival. Sue was very helpful. Would recommend to others.
Directions on booking.com could be a little clearer. It could have said located behind the pub or shares same car park as the pub, as i did drive up and down the road 3 times trying to find it.

Location- Very close to where we are visiting friends.
Spacious- a whole apartment rather than just a room to stay in.
Parking- Allocated parking space.
Cafe- on site takeaway cafe has great food. Could do with more signage to make more people aware it exists.
Staff- those we meet were very friendly.
The bed! Unfortunately it sounded and felt like it might collapse if you moved too much.
Some of the ceiling lights upstairs are not working I think they just need the bulbs replacing but they are very high up.
The shower drainage hole can smell on first arrival so maybe an air freshener in the bathroom.

I liked the layout and the apartment was comfortable and clean.
The motorway traffice noisy until late at night and early morning situated under/ next to viaduct.
There was no human contact, no meet and greet.
Rang numbers given left messages, no one rang me back.
Round the back of building full of rubbish, old conctete mixer, weeds. Tatty.
Outside rendering badly peeling off., needs fixing.
