Lovely Private studio newly renovated with pool

This studio is just like a modern hotel room. It has a spacious bedroom, full bathroom and a patio. Condo has a large pool, jacuzzi and bbq grills.
The bedroom is set with a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a mini kitchenette. It is comfortable and very nice. The decor is fresh and modern. There is a full fridge, microwave, toaster-air fryer oven, Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, rice cooker, etc
Bathroom is set with make up mirror and hair dryer as well as toiletries
The space
Sandpiper Village Complex has just about half of the units set as vacation rentals and the other half are the permanent residences of locals and native people.
Guest access
The Studio is in the second floor. The door code will be sent to you prior your arrival. If for some reason you get locked out and can’t remember the code message me or knock next door (Unit A side). I live there and can always help out too.
