The place is lovely.
We absolutely loved the place the area was fantastic but you definitely need a car. The apartment had everything and is near the pool but far enough away. You are on the bottom floor. Which is not a problem but our neighbour above us a single lady seemed to walk around in hobnail boots. You knew when she went to the rest room, which part of the flat she was in. It was such a shame we found it easier to sit outside on the terrace when she was in!

Comfortable unit and convenient location in Princeville
Very well-equipped unit in a pleasant, mostly-quiet garden location with a good pool and common BBQ area. Easy 20-min walk to Wyllies & Anina beaches or to the Princeville mall - but the complex is definitely set up for drivers rather than walkers. Very good comms from management - perhaps overdone but not too intrusive. Snorkelling at nearby beaches was very promising in terms of wildlife - plenty of fish and we also observed an octopus, moray eel and of course the giant turtles - but the coral itself was mostly covered in brownish weed with just the odd patch showing how splendid the reef could be.
The lack of aircon made several days of our late-August week far less comfortable than we'd hoped - I should have read the description more carefully, as its absence was a real surprise given how much other equipment the unit had. It's sad that convenient walking exits were blocked by new fencing and hedge growth - not everybody drives everywhere! On arrival, the very obvious key-safe confused me for quite a while until I realised the code I had been given was for the door's own keypad, less visible behind the insect screen. On the whole, this vacation felt overpriced and I'd look hard (and early!) for another place if returning to the Princeville area.
