Perfect location. I somehow booked this unit when I thought I was booking another but it ended up working out fine. Simple condo but had what we needed. Could use some updating in living room/dining area but overall met our needs for our stay. Nice to have full kitchen and laundry, all appliances were pretty new. Beds were comfortable. Pool facility is nice as well and complex was quiet. We had a great time!

Extremely clean property, but a bit outdated blinds and refrigerator. Common problem for houses in tropics: clogged air filters and dirty coils caused by high humidity and dust. This leads to musty odors. Comfortable mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms. Large master bathroom and shower tub. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Beach essentials were provided. Outside eating area with scenic view. Even though the condo is corner unit there was very minimal noise from near by intersection. The pool was smaller than expected, but jacuzzi was very spacious. Overall, the community is quiet and safe. We would come back there in future. Thank you for memorable experience.

The apartment had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everything on the North Shore. The neighborhood is great for running and walks. Foodland Supermarket nearby.

The dishwasher was broken, we were told to put soap in the bottom and it would wash the dishes, it absolutely did not wash them, it made them more dirty even when thoroughly rinsing first. All the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and needed hand washed before using. We should have been refunded some of the rental fee or warned before arrival and given a chance to rebook elsewhere because we paid for having a dish washer and couldn't actually use it for 8 nights. With having a baby we had enough bottles to wash by hand and didn't need the extra dishes to wash on vacation. The vertical blinds were broken and the couch was very worn out. Overall the place needs some TLC. It's on the main road through Princeville as well, so be aware that there will be car noise. But the lanai is a nice area regardless of the noise.
