New , clean, well located Comfortable with two bathrooms/toilets
The AC is only in the living room ,so it was a little bit hot in the bed rooms . But still manageable A ceiling ventilation fan in the bed rooms will make it even better

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, just like at home. It has a dishwasher, a washing machine (which was especially useful after our long journey), a drying rack, and a balcony. The dining table can be extended, and the sofa also converts into a bed, which is very convenient. The TV offers a wide selection of channels, so our children were able to watch cartoons as well. There are two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—which was perfect for our family. The apartment also has air conditioning and a private parking space in the garage. Just a 5-minute walk away is Arena Center, where you'll find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and several excellent restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return.

Its modern, clean, good communication, store and mall closed by, very convenient. We have trouble with the keys, but got resolved quickly. We will definitely return. Love the underground parking.
