Price, location and cleaness.

There were some issues that affected our experience. During the first two days of our stay, we were repeatedly contacted about the possibility of entering the apartment to check a water leak. While we initially had no problem allowing this, the situation ended up disrupting our plans and made it difficult to fully relax. Additionally, one day we were unable to shower comfortably due to the issue. We were informed that we would receive financial compensation for these inconveniences, but after checkout, we were told that this would not be the case. That said, we do appreciate the team’s quick responses and their efforts to keep us informed about the issue throughout our stay. We would have liked to leave a more positive review, but unfortunately these inconveniences impacted our overall experience. In summary, while the apartment itself met expectations in terms of value, cleanliness, and location, the handling of the maintenance issue and the lack of follow-through on the promised compensation left us disappointed.
