Super easy self check in directions, they allowed an earlier check in which was amazing because we were exhausted from the flight.

-Very spacious apartment with two proper bedrooms which easily acommodate 4 adults in total -Cot available at very short notice - although the bed sheets smelled like smoke - we improvised here - Croatia appears to be a country where still a vast majority of the people smoke lots of cigarettes which can be very annoying particularly if you travel with kids. -Bed was very comfortable even though the smell of the pillows (see below) -Location of the apartment was perfect - it is easy to leave the car in the parking lot and to take the tram (e.g. line 12) to the city center - you get tickets at the kiosk just in front of the tram stop. -The private parking in the courtyard of the building (secured by a barrier) was extremely convenient, the chip for opening the barrier comes with the apartment key. -Great shampoo and body wash provided. -AC worked well. -Communication with the property manager was prompt and nice, they answered quickly on our complains about the cleanliness and damages (we provided couple of photos as well). However, they couldn't help and we ended up cleaning the apartment by ourselves. The check in instructions are very clear. However, after providing the required IDs we had to ask again for the code of the lock.

-The apartment was overall very filthy, the cleaning lady did not do a good job. Lots of dirt and dust everywhere. Kitchen was quite dirty. -Pictures are partially misleading as the apartment does not come with all equipment and amenities shown on the photos. -Although kitchen was generally well equipped including Nespresso machine, tabs for dishwasher were missing (was the only apartment on our entire trip that did not provide tabs), no kitchen towels, no washing detergent for the washer. -One chair was broken. -Toilet was dirty, dry urine from other guests at the outside of the toilet. -Pretty much all pillows extremely smelly like sweat and all other kinds of disgusting odours including smoke. We ended up sleeping on towels. -Construction site in the adjacent building - works started at 7am. -Value for money is not good with this apartment - we would not return.
