Good location, clean room, self check-in.
I would say there is not much artificial light in the room, especially considering the windows are also quite small. We stayed on a cloudy day, and there wasn’t enough light.

We were 3 families living in two apartments on the first level and one on the second (under the roof). The building features a large private parking area and is close to a tram station, but we walked to the center (30 minutes). The flat had adequate heat under the roof for the latter days of December. The ability to enter the building, the parking lot, and the apartments using only codes/numbers is something we really enjoy.
The building is old, the double bed is extremely high, and the floors of the apartments and hallways are really noisy. Both the bathroom fan and the bedroom lightbulbs are extremely weak.

A lot of things can be better since this is old building that’s been renovated to some degree.Cleanliness overall needs to be drastically improved since there is dust visible on all places where the cleaning crew doesn’t bother to 👀
