The location, on walking distance from the Upper Town and Lower Town, and the parking space. It was the first time that we used a car elevator but thanks to the instructions from Leo it went smoothly. We arrived earlier but we could already use the parking so we didn't have to worry about our luggage leaving in the car during our first city exploration. Leo, the host, is very friendly and flexible! We recommend this accomodation.
Maybe the noice in the street during the night, but this is something that you can expect in a city - and this is something that the host can not prevent.

Lots of space for families to stay with all the key features you require to be comfortable. Great parking - such an experience and the host was super helpful and friendly.
The air-conditioning wasn't the best to manage the heat of summer.
