Soul

Soul lived up to it's name. First of all Jadranka, the owner, waited for us to give us the keys herself, because the front lock of the building wasn't functioning properly. So that was really nice on her behalf to begin with. The place itself is amazing! Clean, fast internet, all the amenities you might need, and what really sold it for us are the two separate bathrooms in two bedrooms. Which is great for 4 people staying at the property. The location is also great, because it's a lovely street and it's like a 20 minute walk to the city centre. One more very important thing is the free parking space in the courtyard. All in all, would definitely stay there again!

Falta de menaje (Vasos, cubiertos, cocina, tostadora)

Apartment is really charming, spacious and has a great layout. It has two separate bedroom with en suite bathrooms , and an additional toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with top-quality appliances. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. The private parking space is also a big plus, which is a rarity in the city centre.

Nasser, modriger Geruch. Leider haben wir die Wohnung nicht wie beschrieben vorgefunden ( es fehlten Sachen wie Trockner, der Wirlpool ist eine einfache Badewanne ohne Wirlpoolfunktion, leider nur zwei Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC). Man erkennt, das in der Wohnung Bilder gehangen haben, leider sind derzeit nur Nägel in der Wand. Die Wand im Wohnzimmer ist die mit einer Pappe verklebt, dahinter ist ein sehr großes Loch zum Badezimmer hin. In den Badezimmer war noch Kleidung vom Vormieter zu finden. Die Fußleisten fallen an verschiedenen Wänden in der Wohnung ab. Steckdosen können zum Teil nicht benutzt werden, da sie einem entgegen kommen, wenn man etwas anschließen möchte. Der Parkplatz ist gesichert. Wenn man mit einem Combi oder einem größeren Auto anreist, passt es leider nicht. Der Unterstellplatzt ist sehr niedrig und der Wendekreis sehr eng. Auf dem Nachtbarplatz steht viel Müll, im Schotter kann man leider nicht erkennen wo man reinfährt (Nägel?!, etc.). Insgesamt kein gerechtfertigtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
