Excellent location in quiet neighbourhood. There is a free parking infront and a store very close to the house. In 15 minutes by walking you're getting to the tram stop where tram 14 brings you to the city center. In 10 minutes you have really good bakery Trnsko and cafe. The ground floor of the house was big, with separate bath and toilet. 3 rooms, kitchen and living room. The price was good and the owner was kind, giving us some bottled water for free.
It's in the ground floor so it's a bit dark inside but on other hand was cooler in this hot weather. There's no A/C in every room - only one in the living room and the other one in the corridor was not running. Would be better if there is a trash can in the toilet and if the towels were newer. The shower cabin siphon is small and could get easily clogged. If you decide to sleep on opened window, be aware that early in the morning is getting noisy outside, they are loading some goods.

Uređeno i predivno osmišljeno. 3 sobe, svaka dva odvojena kreveta za jednu osobu, TV, ormare i ogledalo. Kreveti su mekani i udobni, i jastuci tanki. Ima sva kupatila, jedan s tušem dok je drugi s školjkom. Ima trgovina diagonalno preko ceste i kafić udaljen 5 minuta. Ugostitelji su prijateljski nastrojeni i vrlo kulturni.

The owner very helpful although he didnt speak english, he try to help as much as he could even with a problem we faced with our car.
The appartment could be more clean. There was an intense smell of cigarete smoke in the house. Also we did not notice during booking that the appartment was in a semi underground level
