A localização é muito boa e pode-se chegar aos principais pontos turísticos a pé ou de autocarro (que passa mesmo em frente). A vizinhança é tranquila.
As camas não são confortáveis e não há privacidade entre os cómodos. Achei o preço um pouco excessivo em relação ao que oferece.

Apartament molt agradable. Tal i com es veu a les fotos. Parada del metro i autobús aprop. A l’apartament hi ha les coses bàsiques per passar unes nits a Bilbao. Llit molt còmode i el sofà llit bastant còmode. Hem estat molt bé.
Tot molt bé. Per dir alguna cosa, els coixins molt prims i al sofà llit el llençol era massa just per dues persones. Però tot està molt net i molt ben cuidat.
El propietari molt atent i servicial.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The view from the window over the green garden was lovely, and the area was very quiet and peaceful.
The location was also convenient, with the final stop of bus No. 11 nearby. Another big plus was the host, who was very responsive and reacted quickly whenever we needed something.
The main issue for us was the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. However, as soon as we mentioned it, the host responded immediately and brought us an additional mattress, which made things much better. Hopefully, the sofa itself will eventually be replaced.
There were also a couple of minor details that could be improved. Some kitchen items, such as the sponge and cleaning cloth, had already been used by previous guests, and there was no laundry detergent provided.

Le calme et le fait que l'appartement soit au rez-de-chaussée
Le nombre de serviette de bain étaient insuffisantes pour 2 et pour 3 nuits. Pas une seule chaine Européenne ni internationale
Strict minimum d'ustensiles de cuisine ! Juste pour faire des pâtes. Pas de grille-pain non plus !
Une éponge usagée et pas de serviettes ni de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas de balai ...
Pas de place de parking ou parking publics payants ce qui augmente le budget.
Un peu trop excentrée.
