Completely nothing

We booked two rooms: one large room with one bed and one room with two beds. Upon arrival, we were provided with two rooms with two beds, which did not match the reservation. Arrival at 7:00 p.m. was pre-approved, but we waited outside in −2°C for about 10 minutes. There is no reception. The person who arrived did not speak English and provided no contact or emergency information. The rooms had no central heating. Only portable electric heaters were available: one heater had melted plastic on it, another was plugged into an uncovered electrical socket, the rooms could not be heated to a safe sleeping temperature. Additional issues included exposed electrical wiring in the ceiling, a steep staircase with a garbage bag placed next to it, and poor cleanliness (underwear found behind a radiator). There was no staff on site and no way to contact anyone. Due to safety concerns, we had to leave the property the same evening and book another hotel.

I felt at home right away.

That there was no television and it could have been a bit cleaner, and i didn't appreciate the smell of cannabis in the hotel. When its not allowed to smoke in the facility the smell was everywhere especially upstairs. The heating system was not on it eas cold.

The very low rating of this property is no coincidence. Unfortunately, I had to experience a similarly unsafe and unpleasant situation that many other travelers have already described. For me, the problem concerned both cleanliness and, more importantly, safety. I was let into the apartment by an unknown man who later became aggressive. Feeling unsafe, I decided to leave — and as a man, I can hardly imagine how a woman would feel in such a situation. The next morning, exhausted and without sleep, I wrote to both the host and Booking.com from a café. I waited five full days before writing this review, hoping to resolve the matter calmly and respectfully. I believe I did everything a reasonable guest could do to clarify the situation. I would have been satisfied with a sincere apology and a full refund. I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I fully understand that mistakes can happen — but what truly defines a host is how they respond when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no response at all. The host never replied — not even to simple, legitimate questions about the property’s license or ownership. This complete silence, combined with the already very poor ratings of this accommodation, suggests that this kind of behavior is, sadly, their “standard.” Offering accommodation is not a favor or an act of generosity; it is a professional duty built on respect and responsibility. That line was clearly crossed here, and no guest should ever have to experience what I did. I am writing this review not out of anger but out of a sense of responsibility — to warn fellow travelers and to encourage the host to take guest safety seriously.

Everything was perfect. Nice host, he even greeted me in my language 😀 bed was comfy and location is just great.

There are bed bugs in the room and most appliances are not in working condition, oven and microwave are not properly in good working condition, no reserved cutleries for guests.

We found bed bugs there, and I was bitten in various places on my body during my stay. Upon returning home, I had to go to the doctor. The room was dirty, but what worried me most was the mouse trap in the fireplace. We heard noises there at night, and I understood why it was there. I understand that there may be some spiders or mosquitoes, but it is not right to rent a place with an infestation.

Mould on the ceiling, we also had a worn sock under our bed and earplugs, room not as in the pictures, no facilities. The workmanship in the bathroom came across as if it had been done by a 9 year old kid.there were still screws sticking out of the stairs where my friend bumped into them. The room walls are so thin that you can hear everything we had to listen to a 1 hour ringing at 7am
