L'appartement est situé central, dans une belle résidence, tranquille est sécurisée. Les lits sont assez confortables. l'appartement est propre.
Les clés se recoupèrent loin de l’appartement, dans une laverie. Les 2 chambres sont juste au-dessus du portail automatique du parking de la résidence. Le parking est grand, sur 2 niveaux, donc beaucoup d'aller-retours, avec un bruit fort et fréquent. L'hauteur du parking est de 2 m, on ne passe pas avec un coffre de toit. L'appartement est atypique, on ne voit pas vraiment sa surface. La cuisine est petite. Le salon très sombre. La décoration est kitch. C'est cher pour ce que cet appartement est. On reçoit plein de messages automatiques de la part de l'entreprise cocooning.
