Agence Cocoonr invites you to relax in this quiet, elegant 95 m² apartment in the heart of Toulouse. This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers and comprises a large living room opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with dressing rooms, a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There's nothing like it for relaxing after a day out in Toulouse... Cleaning is included in the rental price, and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a lounge and dining area equipped with a library and piano. Access to a private, quiet terrace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, microwave and combi oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space
- One bedroom with queen-size double bed (160x200), desk and dressing area.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage space.
- A bathroom with bath and double basin
- Separate WC
The apartment is ideally located in Toulouse, in a lively environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly at the nearest paid public parking lot Q-Park Jeanne d'Arc
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Toulouse Matabiau about 13 minutes' walk
- Nearest metro station: Jeanne d'Arc just opposite the building (line B)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport approx. 17 min away by car or Tisséo airport shuttle

🙂 Great location, excellent facilities and very comfortable
🙁 Our week was exceptionally warm so air con would've been nice, however, there was a small fan available. Also a little more natural light would be good
All windows shuttered, presumably to keep apartment cool, but does tend to make it a little dark"

Bleu du Maine "This cozy apartment in the heart of Toulouse is located in a historical building, well-appointed and tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to local attractions, cafes, shops, public transport and walking distance to the railway station making it an ideal base for exploring the city of Toulouse.
