Swikly secure is not a friendly work before checking in
the way to get the key is not convenient for the foreigner, especially when it's raining heavily.
when I arrived the addressee by car, I was told that I need to put another big amount money through Swikly Secure to get the key for cles. because I was driving from Gavarnie, I had not had time to check my email repeatedly, So it spent me 1 hour in the street to deposit money through Swikly Secure to get the cles. This was not expected when I was booking through Booking.com! This is the only time we met through BOOKING.com during all my travel in France. Besides, it cost me about 10 euro extra money by Swikly secure. I don't think it's reasonable if the hote had not mentioned it before I confirmed the reservation. and it's not reasonable that the hote won't pay for this Swikly Secure if I checked out and left the apartment clean and tidy.
