A wonderful safe family accommodation amongst nature. Loved it!!

The accommodation was so lovely for my whanau and I and we loved that it is located amongst nature. I loved the touch of fresh flowers on the dining table, that set a welcoming tone, Thank you. Although I didn't get to meet the hosts their hospitality shone through in their communication and immaculate presentation of the house.

The bed in the bedroom off the lounge was a tad too hard for me, however the rest of the accommodation far outweighed this small con.

The house and its surroundings were just as delightful as described and shown in the advertisement. The opportunity to actually experience this was stymied on the Sat morning when the property owners decided to do pruning and setting fire to the pruning from 7.30 am which meant that we couldn’t partake of the lovely morning deck and garden as it was all shrouded in wafting smoke.we couldn’t open the windows and doors to the fresh air. This in no way is a criticism off Linda as the operator of this rental.

Homely, peaceful and everything we needed.

The house was well equipped and homely. Beautiful, lush gardens and surrounds. The hosts made a genuine effort to ensure we were comfortable and it was so lovely that they went the extra mile to make up a cot with beautiful linen for our daughter and provided a highchair also.

It was slightly chilly in the mornings - there were some freestanding heaters available but it would be nice to have the option of turning on a heatpump.

A country retreat close to Kerikeri

The location is rustic and pretty, and we enjoyed lazing on the deck, and having visits from the curious hens! The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of towels for our group of 6. The open plan living/dining area is perfect for a small group

We didn't understand from the listing that one of the bedrooms was a "sleepout" in the garden. We had expected 4 bedrooms in the house. This might not suit everyone, and I would recommend making this clear to visitors before their arrival. However, we were able to contact the property manager who explained the situation, and one of our group volunteered to take the sleepout. Also, Linda called to see us the following morning to ensure everything was ok- thank you Linda. Also, not a major issue, but the washing machine needs to be replaced.

Were tramping the Te Araroa trail and this is the best accomadation yet

Our stay was wonderful we had more beds than expected. We had a great time and it was perfect for our large number. Many of the group are keen gardeners and the gardens were a joy to walk around with plenty of space.

We couldn't see the key box and had to ring and ask. The microwave we thought was too high up and it would be easy to spill hot food on yourself.

Die Gartenmöbel alt und dreckig. Die Liegen kaum zu benutzen. Wäscheständer ziemlich unpraktisch. Das Bad ist viel zu klein und alt. Positiv: sehr viele Handtücher. In den Schlafzimmern zu viel Teppich. Leider hört man die Straße.
