Third Level: Open kitchen and living area, half bath, and a master bedroom with en-suite bath.
Second Level: Three bedrooms, three full baths, and a sitting area with TV and sleeper sofa (linens not provided for sleeper sofa).
Ground Level: Under-house parking, outdoor shower, and access to the elevator serving all levels.
Wake up to beautiful marsh views and serene sunrises on the street side, and unwind in the evenings with canal views, sunsets, and a boat dock on the waterway side. Beach access is conveniently located between 567 & 569 OBW.
