This wonderful beach home with private pool is located in a very popular section of the island within walking distance to restaurants, community dock, and basketball courts as well as candy, ice cream and coffee shops. The proximity to the bridge allows quick access to mainland shopping, groceries, etc. The open living, dining and kitchen area is a great gathering space for family and friends. Living room has a twin sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Amenities include WIFI, Roku TV, Blu-Ray, washer/dryer, picnic table, gas grill, garage, and guest storage. Enjoy the refreshing sea breeze as you begin or end your day on one of the many porches and decks furnished with rockers and chairs. Easy beach access allows a quick walk to the beach for a day of sand and surf. A short walk back to the home allows you to enjoy an afternoon or evening grilling and a dip in your private pool. What better way to end your day but in a refreshing outdoor shower. This fantastic beach cottage will allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation!
