The first floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and the laundry area. Also located on the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with the large gathering room that makes it easy to stretch out and relax. The second floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including the master with a king size bed and in-suite bath. The spacious loft area provides more room for family game night and offers a pull out couch. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans and NEW smart TVs. The outdoor amenities include a hot/cold outside shower, large picnic table and new Weber charcoal grill. Complimentary high speed WIFI and cable package included. Best of all, “Reel Blessed” has a PRIVATE WALKWAY to the beach that is located directly across the street, making it seem oceanfront.
