Sea Biscuit features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all on one level for easy living. The bright interior showcases hardwood floors throughout, tasteful coastal decor, and a comfortable living area with upgraded furnishings. Entertainment is covered with a 50” flat-screen TV in the living room, cable TVs in every bedroom, and high-speed WiFi.
Step outside to enjoy the beautiful oceanside deck, outdoor shower, and ample parking. Additional conveniences include a locking guest storage room, making beach days even easier.

Pool heat is available with advance notice for an additional fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can only maintain temperatures 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F and will not be activated June–August.
This property is non-pet friendly and non-smoking. While the owner occasionally brings a personal pet to the home, no guest pets are permitted. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate property.
