The home is peacefully situated on the third row, with partial ocean views from the living room, sunroom and back deck. Enjoy this and the ocean breeze and stunning starry skies from the more quiet third row that avoids the ocean boulevard traffic and faces a private neighborhood’s grassy knoll providing an expansive view and occasional sailboat sightings in the intercoastal.
