The flat was just as described and was absolutely perfect for us. As it was also dog friendly, it is the flat of choice for us over most other properties in the area.

There were fans in each room which in the sweltering heat made our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent too, within walking distance to Kingston Upon Thames town center and Hampton Wick train station.
The taps at the bath do not shut off completely, whilst this does not affect our stay, it should be looked at.
