The location! The apartment was close to shops. Amazing views of the river from the balcony.
The owner was very helpful.
The funky smell in the bedroom.
The washing machine did not come with a dryer.
There were no lifts to the apartment, so going up with heavy luggage was a little difficult.

Excellent location!! Near restaurants and a few pubs. Warm very clean and homely flat. Great views across the Thames and Kingston bridge. Sunflowers were a lovely touch! We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing the property was great. Could’ve done with some sharp knives and possibly some everyday essentials in the kitchen. Unfortunately the toaster didn’t work without holding the button down. lol.
A couple of washing machine pods would be good too.

Excellent location - really handy for everything including the pub!
River view - absolutely lovely
Generous space - much larger than the photos made it look
Reasonably priced for the area
Communication about entry to the flat prior to arrival was poor
There were a number of issues with equipment etc inside the flat which we have notified privately to the host and which hopefully will be rectified
