About this apartment rental

Modern 2 bedroom apartment one with a King Size and en suite shower room, the other with full size bunk beds (the sofa is an IKEA sofabed too). Open plan kitchen / dinning room / living room. Approx 70m2. 7 min walk from Kingston Railway Station which is 31 mins on the train from Waterloo. Also well served by buses. Comes with wifi, TV, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, hair dryer, pots and pans, cuttlery, central heating, gas hob, electric oven. microwave, toaster.
A few minutes walk from The Bentall Shopping Centre, Sainsbury's Supermarket, Kingston Market, Kingston Riverside. free 1 parking space.

Great flat in an ideal location, within easy walking distance of Kingston town centre even for my 77 year old mother. Kevin, the host, is incredibly responsive on check in/ check out & for any questions during the stay. There is parking underneath the building for those with a car. There is an en-suite shower to the master , and a lift to get to the flat from the parking area, so the flat was perfect for travelling with my mum. Kevin has a good selection of books and also some games to keep you entertained. I would highly recommend both the flat and the host..

We had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-organised, with everything we needed for our visit. The location was convenient, with shops nearby, which made things even easier for us.The host was helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.We would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.
