It is exactly as per the pictures. Super clean everywhere. Smart entry system - the access is via a digital code on the door handle rather than a key (but fob is available on the dining table when you enter. Beds were comfortable with ample space and hangers in the large closets.
Kitchen had everything you need to cook meals, fridge freezer and washing machine available too.
There are many Asian food shops around together with restaurants. New Malden high street is just around 5 minutes walk from the house with many supermarkets and Korean shops and restaurants. New Malden has the largest Korean community on all of the UK. So the area is a very multicultural place to visit.

Comfortable size, clean and fully equipped.
Heating was on, didn't know how to turn it off. Code didn't work to get in but was sorted swiftly. Location down an alley was slightly off putting and made it slightly harder to find.
