Good and cozy property - well furnished and value for money. Baby-friendly - baby crib and high chair are available as well. There was a problem with the bathroom tap hot water, once I informed the host, it was rectified the same day quickly. Very near to the Kingston Railway station (2 min walk).
1) The Access pin shared on booking.com was incorrect - I had to stand outside the door for 20 minutes and call the property to figure out the entry access. 2) There was a 250 GBP security deposit which was debited from my card without prior notice, and getting the refund took quite a while (almost a month from the checkout date) and multiple follow-ups with the host.

The location is great. And the apartment was clean and bright.
The property doesn’t have a porter or a safe space for packages. Otherwise it was great.

It was a very good location for our walk, as not far from the Thames Path it is a good apartment for a couple as the bedroom was fine Our contact Sarah was very helpful
The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the lounge furniture was a little shabby, but it was OK for an overnight stop.
