We had a great stay in Kingston while working in the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was ideal, and Saffron was a friendly, responsive host who was happy to help with local recommendations. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kingston.

Clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed.
We booked and found extra linen in the room, so we were able to set up the beds easily. Everything was spotless, and any requests were handled quickly.
This was a last-minute booking (we booked at 7pm), and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The location is central and very convenient. We had previously been let down by a host in Canary Wharf so this stay was a pleasant surprise, comfortable, reliable, and hassle-free.
We paid the deposit and it was returned quickly.

The location is great, it's so close to the train station, cafes, restaurants and shops. The studio is lovely with everything you need for a short stay, and it's clear the host has thought about making their guests comfortable. It don't bother me, but the shower and toilet are split over two floors, both are private and only used by you. The host is very nice and accommodating. A great place. I would stay again.
It was fine for me, but there are a lot of steps at this property.

Fabulous location, comfortable bed and helpful host. Even though small, the studio room had everything we needed and was quiet at night, even in such a busy area. The shower is across the hall which was fine - I never met anyone else in the property.
Toilet outside of the room down steep stairs which was hard to get to for older people like us, especially at night. We had trouble using the key lockbox but the host helped us. We didn’t end up using the portable washing machine as it seemed fiddly. No separate bin for recycling.
