Convenient for our needs but won’t stay there again.

Kitchen is well equipped, lounge area comfortable.

Sofa bed had a dirty sheet left on it with crisp & biscuit packets in the bed, sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable as the mattress is so thin, I gave up and slept on the sofa instead. Bathroom needs a deep clean and there was hair in the plug hole, yuk. Pots of dead flowers outside the patio doors not a pretty outlook.

Cosy home from home

I liked staying here. I've stayed a few times when coming to visit friends. Although at different apartments. The apartment was so cosy and like home. Quiet and securely gated . It's so near to the town and rail/ bus station and bus stops in general. I would highly recommend these apartments. I intend to stay again when I come to Mansfield again

The only issue was some things needed fixing. The bath panel was broken, rusty radiator in the bathroom and the lid of the kitchen bin was missing. These minor issues however didn't spoil my stay here. Things just need to be fixed.

This place is not suitable for people , cleaners very rude , hairs found in beds , CLASS A drugs found in multiple place

Nothing everywhere was absolutely filthy CLASS A drugs found in multiple places in the property

Everything was a mess , hairs in the bed , they came at 8:30 and tried to kick us out and our time to check out was at 10

Quite cosy place to stay with

Overall property are clean, good located and cosy. Well equipped. Clear check in instructions.

Deffinitely a bed in bedroom. A double bed is made of two single beds. So I was twice at night wake up in a hole between them and have to put them togheter again. There is strict restriction not to move coffe glass table in the living room but there is no other option if someone need to sleep on sofa bed. A bit of nonsense. First time I see hotels/apartments want client to take bedding out of duvet etc. I always do this anyway but is a bit too much since we paying a quite big money for flats. Only one bigger towel for 5 days.

We had not been provided with a code to open the gates leading to the car park. This was stressful and resulted in a delay while we tried to contact the owner. This was unsuccessful. Had to phone Booking.com. They also found it difficult to find the code. Eventually some other guests arrived and they had been provided with the code so we were then able to enter the car park. Not a hood start to our short break!!

Clean and spacious. Great place tho the bed is uncomfortable if you're a couple who likes to cuddle

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The living area was nice and cozy and the smart TV with Netflix was a nice bonus. The kitchen area was nice and clean and had most of the utensils we needed. There were even casserole dishes which we didn't use but if we had known beforehand, we could have cooked something that used them. The bedroom was nice and spacious and had wardrobes to keep our stuff in. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

The bedroom was nice but we personally didn't like the duck feather duvet because the spikey ends of the feathers kept poking us sharply. The bed was also 2 singles put together so if you're a couple who likes to cuddle then it can be very uncomfortable. The only essential thing the kitchen was lacking was salt and pepper which make our cooking a bit disappointing.
