Great base and good parking

Location to town and secured parking, a good base for day trips. Good park (Carr bank) on the doorstep and a quick walk into town you can find supermarkets and lots to eat.

Having stayed a few times over the past 2 years I feel they are getting very tired and in need of a refresh. The carpet was stained and mould in the bathroom tiles. It’s also possible there was a leak under the sink as there was a musty smell. Another downside was people tended to stand outside the apartment and smoke. The property should perhaps introduce a smoking area perhaps in the garden area at the back away from apartments.

Great spot and apartment

Location is good with shops nearby. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean and tidy. Second bedroom has two singles which was perfect for us. Plenty of room, storage and equipment available.

The apartment does need a cosmetic refresh, it's a little tired in places, but that's being a little bit picky. Being on the ground floor and facing the main entrance, opening the patio doors or windows isn't very private and smokers sometimes appear outside.

Good overall, but deceiving room pictures

Apartment was modern and spacious, instructions were clear.

The photo's are deceiving, as they DO NOT show the 2nd box room twin room. All pictures makeout that all rooms are Double rooms.

Nice large and clean apartment

Really good location for the town centre by foot, nice clean apartment and good size rooms for if you are travelling with family.

Only thing would warn about would be if you have small children this apartment which is bottom floor (and it’s windows and French doors) is right next to the main entrance to the apartment block so there is foot traffic and smokers stand next to the doors which can be loud. If travelling with family would recommend choosing another apartment number in this block.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We were there for a couple of days so it was nice to have the room to move around and relax in. Very secure behind locked gates.

It did take me a little while to work out the instructions on where to find the keys.

Nothing. My apartment was on the ground floor by the entrance. There’s plenty of cleaning products but you will need to bring everything foodwise.

The apartment was clean and pleasant and provided all we needed.

The double bed was very uncomfortable where the 2 single beds are joined. A light in the main bedroom walk in cupboard would have been useful.

I would not recommend this property. I tried to reach Tom one a few occasions and never had a reply!

The property is shown on line as a two bedroom, with both rooms having double beds, this is not the case. The second room is tiny and has two single beds. I actually thought we had arrived at the wrong apartment. The whole property needs a deep clean and some much needed updating. I assume the pictures were taken quite some time ago. The property has a very strong musty smell. Also both nights we were kept awake by loud neighbors, one night was 4 in the morning.

I was in flat 4 and the person above me was quite noisy with loud music and I could hear them moving around while I was in bed. I couldn’t find the bins so ended up taking the rubbish with me. At first I couldn’t find the way in but a neighbour helped me.

We enjoyed our stay but some finer points need addressing

Keys were in a a lock box and easy to access

I requested a ground floor apartment due to the fact we had a disabled person in the party. We also requested access to the outside for smokers in the group. We cancelled one booking and rebooked an apartment we were told was ground floor and had patio doors to the outside via the lounge for said snokers. Unfortunately these doors didn't open. We tried and tried we even called the holders and were told housekeeping would sort it. Again Unfortunately they didn't arrive and they didn't sort ..... we also found the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly and we weren't given enough toilet paper....
