Apartment needs thorough clean and upgrade

Location good. Apartment had kitchen so got our own breakfast

Apartment dirty. Carpet filthy despite being asked to remove shoes on entry. Overhead light in bedroom 1 didn't work properly and bedroom 2 had no chair.

Great value for the price and would stay there again

It was clean, looked nice, and secured in a gated property.

The furniture wasn’t comfortable at all and even caused a minor injury, there were some safety issues that nearly resulted in further injury.

Lovely interior.

On entering the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by how classy it looked. Especially the open plan main living/ kitchenette, the finishing touches etc. I loved the decor and the facilities. The master bedroom was lovely too and the finishing touches too were well thought out. I slept so well in the bed as it was comfortable. The apartment wasn't far from the train station. The town was so accessible too with all the shops I liked. I would definitely stay here again.

The only niggly things I could bring up was that I found it a bit cold in the apartment because the radiators weren't hot enough, although I turned the thermostat up, so I had to use the throws to cover myself while watching TV. A few repairs needed doing too, e.g.the knob to turn on the oven was broken, the flush device on top of the toilet was also broken and there were signs of water damage at the side of the bath,. When lifting the cushions that you sit on, on the big sofa, I noticed it was quite damaged.

Lovely location, beautiful big apartment, very helpful owners when we struggled to find the keys, and lovely neighbours too. Tripod the 3 legged cat was also an added bonus - what a little cutie!! 🥰

Wording on emails could be better for codes. Had a few emails and confused with what code to use on what part of gaining access. Having clear ( taken out of paragraph) code for key lock pad would have been better but not something I didn’t like.

Great location

Second stay here. The location is great, easily walkable to the town centre and with parking so very convenient. Smart tv, comfy sofas, hot shower. Beds were comfy. Heating was easy to use. Would stay again.

One key supplied, would prefer to have another so we can be more independent. Does really need a bit of refreshing but that didn't affect our stay, just would look nicer. I would suggest providing kitchen towel but other than that was well supplied for our weekend.

We've been for the first time in Mansfield and it was a great experience!

I liked the location and the apartment itself. It was a great experience staying there. I was struggling for 5 mins to figure out which lock box is the right one as there are two no. 11 lock boxes but the apartment met our expectations! Great value for the money too! I would recommend the apartment to everyone!

Really good location

The location was fab, a quick, easy walk into Mansfield. Smart tv so could watch Netflix etc. Communication was great. Would stay again for the ease of getting into Mansfield.

There were three of us staying but only one key between us which was problematic. Only left enough towels for two of us. The double bed was very squeaky and my bedside light lacked a bulb. Generally it needs a bit of painting and some extra bits - only four mugs in kitchen for example. Nothing major just minor niggles that could be easily rectified. Still worth staying here!

Nursery Co

Flat was excellent - clean and well furnished.

I would have liked tea and coffee to be available. As only there for one night on business it would have been a nice touch. The location/postcode and name (Nursery Court) are very similar to flats in the next building which was much less selubrius ! We wondered what we had done !!!

Overall, it was very good and we would definitely stay again.

Location was very good. It's a shame that you have to be out of the accomodation by 10, I would have preferred 11. The key hole had been drilled out of the front door to the main building, so it couldn't be closed, which felt unsecure. The apartment was very clean, apart from the carpets could do with being washed. The decoration / furnishings were very good. The washing machine was handy and the apartment was very cosy and warm and very quiet.

Front door to main building fixed. Later check out, 11am and the carpets cleaned.

Mansfield - a former mining community

Although it had warts, it was mainly functional and pleasant

The walls were quite thin and therefore noisy sometimes. The rubbish area had no apparent distinction between recyclable and general waste and was very untidy.
