Good sized flat in a nice location near lovely park. Quiet. Good WiFi.
Not properly cleaned. Bits of grime in the kitchen. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been hoovered and needed a good thorough clean. The whole place smelled of old takeaway when you walked in.

The secure parking and allocated parking space. The apartment was small, but ok for a weekend away.
The smell!! As soon as you walk into the apartment block, there is an awful smell.
A nightmare getting out of the gates as there is no way or instructions on how to open them from the inside.
The apartment is cosmetically tired and needs decorating and a deep clean.
The kitchen had a smell to it, dirty bin, dead flies in the fridge, chipped bath, very uncomfortable single beds pushed together to make a double, but without a topper you could feel the split.
Rusty radiators, yellow uPVC, worn and stained carpet.
Drug deals happening outside of the gates.
