Poor customer service
Location. Water in the bathroom shower was sufficiently hot and the pressure was good. Check-in and parking instructions clear.
The lounge room and carpets smelled of smoke. The toilet didn't flush and when we told the owner they didn't send anyone to fix it which was very poor. The bathroom smelled musty. The double bed was two poorly assembled single beds and very uncomfortable.

It was spacious and had everything you needed.
Shower was freezing would not run hot, no lift so had to climb 4 flights of stairs.

Shower is abysmal - zero pressure and even at full heat wasn’t even warm. Bathroom as a whole is very poor.

Disappointing
The location was great for what we wanted
Overpriced for what you got . Paid £145 for one night and there wasn’t so much as a complimentary coffee /tea. Most of the walls paintwork big scratches all over , poor decorating standard, really disappointing, not maintained well enough at all for the price charged . We stayed to attend a wedding close by ( along with other guest who felt the same about the property) I think the apartment block is probably popular for this reason but definitely not a stay for any kind of luxury.
