Great Property!!

Great location, easy access to the property, plenty of space and perfect for a weekend break.

The house could do with a lick of paint to tidy it up and the sofas weren't the best. But this didn't affect our overall stay which was excellent.

Husband is disabled. Stairs to apartment were not a problem. Bath in property was. No bath safety features. Like rails or mats. Went and bought one,

Over priced, and not at all what we expected.

The location of the property.

The bed was two single beds put together not a double bed. Stains in the bath, Someones underpants left in the property. Noise from a group who held a party in one of the apartments. My brother, who is in his 50's, being asked if he was involved with the people making all the noise.

Lovely clean property and facilities. Very comfortable and convenient for our stay. Having forgotten some belongings, cleaning company went above and beyond.

Problem with loose spotlight in bathroom and was concerned that steam from shower would cause an electric shock - should be checked out for health and safety.

Being gated felt safe, location fantastic for the Carbank venue. Well equipped and peaceful. Special thank you to Julie who very helpfully sorted out an extra night she was amazing

Rust and hair in the bath.

Location the rest of the property was ok but the bathroom with the hair in the tub & the rust in the bath was disgusting and there’s was absolutely no way could we use that as a family with children and an elderly person and my self.

We didn’t stay, we spoke to host late evening when we arrived & complained about the rust stains and hair in the bath & we were offered an alternative that was the same. We went to look at the alternative and it had the same rust issue in the bathtub which is unacceptable. The cleaner who came confirmed that it was a maintenance job not a cleaning job & the host said that booking.com would give us a refund I’m still waiting for the refund and I didn’t want to give them a bad review but if I don’t get my refund I will have to. Please confirm asap. We had to book into the Hilton And pay £250 for a room as that was the only availability on such short notice.

Perfect for our trip for a family event. We were really pleased that there was secure parking. The location was pleasant and quiet and the apartment had everything we needed.

The second bedroom was rather small in this apartment. Other family members in No. 11 had a much larger second bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were only there for one night and it would be fine as a children’s bedroom.

There was a loud noise that lingered (the pipes) if you flushed the toilet and there was an issue that we were given the wrong code to get in, but after a few phone calls that was resolved.

After flushing the toilet there was a loud noise for a while, plug didn’t fit the bath so our little one couldn’t bath as the water wouldn’t stay in & the shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

The key lock need to be repaired. Stayed 3hrs before someone can opened the door. We were not able to open it.

Place was lovely, when we finally managed to get in. Krysafe is in a lock box which took us nearly half an hour to realise, so this could have been pointed out a bit better. It was also stiff to open to get the key, but apart from that it was lovely.

We came for a family wedding, I felt I was extremely lucky to find this apartment on short notice. It accommodated us very well, the size and location was excellent . We spent a huge portion of our stay showing off pictures of our apartment to relatives, that's how impressed we were.

My only complaint would be that the main front entrance wasn't locked. It was supposed to be accessible via a code we were given but it wasn't needed as the door seems to have an error on it.
