Fabulous duplex apartment. It has 2 bathrooms and balconies to every room. Easy to keep clean. Large garage with electric for charging bikes. Plenty of close free car parking. Near to restos, lifts and shops.
The garage is shared with other apartments and the digital lock was not working meaning insecure. Luckily we had our own alarmed locks. This was pointed out to the agent so hopefully gets fixed. Other than that, fantastic well located place.

Non è una nota negativa. Ma ricordarsi di chiedere all agenzia che gestisce gli appartamenti, se quello prenotato è al piano superiore o inferiore. Solo per una questione di scale.

L'appartamento è situato in un punto molto comodo di Livigno, posto al primo e secondo piano accessibile con una scala a chiocciola in legno. Nei pressi si trova anche un comodo parcheggio ed è vicino sia alla ciclabile che al centro. Arredamento nuovo e moderno, ma soprattutto molto pulito e tenuto bene. Sono presenti 3 camere da letto matrimoniali di diverse dimensioni con due bagni con doccia. Gentilissime anche le ragazze dell'Agenzia dove andare a ritirare le chiavi.
