Just enough, if you don’t spend too much time in the apartment

Location was ok

Very old apartment, very old mattress. The Cleaning ca be improved. Piles or dust under the bed. Mold in all rooms

Basic. Wouldn't go for more that 1-2 days.

When we needed a pair of bed sheet they brought it within 2 hours. During a week day if you need anything you may call the center who handles everything on the apartment and they will assist you. Beds where ok.

Lights! Please change all lights to white instead of yellow light! It is a very depressing amd low light to stay in that apartment!!! Central Heating was only opened the day we arrived and the morning hours before we check out. The temperature of the apartment was between 20-21,5 degrees. Central heating was not working any of the 7 days that we were there except the first and last day and just for a few hours. We weren't cold but we couldn't warm out our clothes! Give a paper with instructions on how to run the central heating would be a good idea. Needs foul furniture renovation. Buy new furniture! Those are the best 30 years old.

Very pleasant stay

Communication with the staff was very quick and easy, there were no issues with waiting over a day for a reply to any questions. The room was clean, and had a lot of space, bathroom had all the necessary amenities and there was a lot of kitchenware. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a small market nearby.

There was a small issue with the thermostat where it would get insufferably hot at night but that was easily solved with the staff

Not worth the money paid!

There was hit water ti shower every night. Heating was fine although we could nit adjust it. Great location. 10 min walk to centre slopes.

Very very dated. Only 3 wall plugs worked. Pull out bed for the children on its last legs. Made the most awful noises every time a child moved. Not worth the money we paid. Was not great to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Walls very thin could hear every time the flat next door flushed the loo.

Great location for poor sleep in moldy room

Big parking space, right in front of a bus stop. Good shower pressure and nice balcony.

Mold everywhere, dust under the bed, very old apartment, mattress with springs pushing in the back, impossible to sleep. Check in only from 16:00 the earliest (could be also later, as we were informed). Very poor kitchen amenities.

The view from the balcony was great. The apartment was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The space was a bit dark, an extra window in the cooking area would have been ideal.

It was good choice

The apartment was okay. A little cold inside and you can’t manage temperature on your own. The heating starts mostly at evening and early morning, but my little kid stays at the apartment also for the rest of the day. Although this wasn’t a big problem. The big problem was that there must be done a little check for the rest of the property. The door and the light of the ski room were broken, so my mother and my little kid accidentally lock themself in dark for about an hour before someone find them and unlock them. The front door is also in bad shape. Please check you property and fix these “little” things.

Perfectly located apartement

Perfect location, near city center, ski lift 500m far away in walking distance. Shop just around the corner. In the apartement you can find everything for comfortable stay. Nice staff.

We liked the view from the balcony,place was warm,and cleaned... 15 minutes walk to the centre...

there was copel of the finks we had a issues with,it was smely shower drain, and we could not keep are skiis and boots in the locap, because broken lock... we had to keep our staff aware like skiis in the car.. emailed agency no further response???

Good localization, two bathrooms.

Lack of hot water for two days, then we had to wait approximately 5 mins (not joking!) for hot water each time we wanted to take a bath. Very annoying. The host agency did not respond to our emails, they only responded to telephone calls. Walls are very thin in the building - be aware that you will likely hear your neighbors next to you and above.

No sponge for dishes, no kitchen towel, no mop, no bags for rubish, only one toilet paper left and snowboards does not fit in their storage place. But it is minor things.

Clean and good value for money. Very good service from the agency (Erregi). Ample parking space. Cool dogs in the back yard :)

No balcony. Kitchen utensils basic and bare minimum. Not really optimal for cooking yourself, but then again, who cooks for themselves in Italy on a holiday, as great affordable food is available everywhere.

overpriced, sad, gloomy - what a waste in a place like Livigno

The location is great. Central but not too busy. You have to pick up the keys from somewhere else though, which is annoying.

The room stank of stale smoke. The lighting in the room is so poor that even with all the lights on, we had to move our bags into the bathroom in order to find our belongings. It was so gloomy that we just avoided being in the space as mcuh as possible. They provided enough toilet paper for one person for one night so with two of us for two nights we had to supply our own. There was nothing to wash up with so the kitchenette wasn't much use. It's advertised as an apartment but it's not an apartment: it's just a room.

Pleasant

Rather basic accommodation but spacious, warm and close to the city center. Ski deposit (a large locker) and parking provided. Wifi quality okay.

There isn’t much more than the most basic equipment in the kitchen, i.e. few plates, pots and cutlery but e.g. no frying pan, bowls, mugs. Not sufficient for someone planning to cook regularly. The apartment is clean but rather old. Some sockets don’t look very reliable any more. The front door cannot be locked and remains open all day/night so basically anyone could get in. Livigno is a very safe place but this didn’t make me feel too comfortable considering the very thin doors of the rooms.
