Accomodation was good, but whole administration the most complicated I ever had for booking a room..

To get the keys up in the village about 10 min away(by car....) is a hassle... online-check-in doesn t work at all!

Great location, great resort, good skiing but the apartment was very over priced for what it was.

The location was very good and the staff at myholidays were very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was described as "luxury" and it was not luxury at all. It had very basic furniture, the beds and furniture were cheap, there was no living room with sofa or fireplace. We had to sit on the wooden chairs in the kitchen to socialise. For the price we paid we expected something much nicer.

Very clean, well equiped, small apartment - good value for money!

Option to check-in late in night. Location - close to ski lifts and in center. Fully equiped kitchen, even with coffee machine and dish washer. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Balcony. Room for skis with boots' warmer. Good price!

Very small shower. Loud wc (our's and neighbours'). All sounds from stairs well heard in the room.

Location only and was warm

Staff are extremely rude, had to confront them after I got some rude messages. They will try charge and fine you for everything. I went for a snowboarding trip, which I do probably three times every year and In summer I’m off travelling, but I’ve never had such bad customer service. The rooms were not as listed and they tried to get me to cancel booking.com booking on the day and book with them privately again, it was a complete shambles and never again. Will be speaking to booking.com shortly about the time we had here.

Rispetto a quanto descritto come bilocale in effetti era una stanza grande con un ulteriore ambiente della dimensione di un cucinotto e bagno; in altre situazioni i bilocali hanno dimensioni ben più ampie. In apparenza potrebbe essere reso disponibile per 3/4 quattro persone vista la presenza di un divano letto ma lo spazio sarebbe veramente esiguo e armadi e ulteriori suppellettili non sarebbero in grado di gestire la presenza di più di 2 persone. Comunque per il breve periodo del soggiorno e per la disponibilità di accettare anche il gatto che era con noi andava bene.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento che, sebbene fosse vecchio, si presentava pulito. Tuttavia, la nostra esperienza è stata compromessa da diversi aspetti negativi. Il check-in si è rivelato estremamente macchinoso. È richiesto di completare una procedura di check-in online, accompagnata da una lunga serie di informazioni da leggere. Non avendo eseguito questa operazione prima del nostro arrivo, abbiamo contattato l'agenzia. Ci hanno inviato un link tramite WhatsApp, per poter accedere all’appartamento e per provvedere al pagamento della tassa di soggiorno ma non non è stato possibile ad accedervi. Così, abbiamo dovuto percorrere a piedi 4.5 km per raggiungere l'ufficio e completare il check-in! In aggiunta, l'appartamento era molto rumoroso. Ogni minimo suono si sentiva all'interno. In conclusione, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato davvero deludente. Non consiglio questo appartamento a chi cerca una sistemazione con un minimo di confort e senza complicazioni

Logement de dimension correcte pour 5 personnes à proximité des pistes acceptant les animaux domestiques même de grande taille.

Très peu de commentaires négatifs sur l'hébergement. La seule chose est le manque d'emplacement prévu pour le chargement et le déchargement des bagages
