Cozinha mal equipada, torneira da cozinha solta, extrator de fumos da cozinha sem tubo de ligação para exterior; Porta da Sauna não fechava; churrasqueira com imensa cinza que não é retirada. Deveriam ter mais atenção à manutenção...
